Roles and Responsibilities:
l Manages sales and sales support processes to ensure company profitability to meet business targets
l Manages sales Budget and develops local market and resource plan.
l Balances own priorities with directing and motivating others and creating a climate for optimal performance.
l Handles sales processes at the location of Hyderabad .
l Creating sales plans and analyzing data in order to make informed decisions.
l Includes Field visits and Field work.
l Motivating team and Increasing profitability and productivity.
l The candidates will have to identify the potential customer in sectors that require folding cartons and leaflets.
l They will have to approach these customers and develop them as our customers.
l The candidates should be presentable and well conversant to gain customer confidence .
