Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Marketing Manager with specialized knowledge in castor oil and Agri products to lead our field marketing activities in Ahmedabad and surrounding regions. This role requires an individual with strong industry insights, field experience, and a solid understanding of local market dynamics to drive sales, build customer relationships, and increase brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective field marketing strategies for castor oil and related Agri products in Ahmedabad and nearby areas.

Conduct regular field visits to connect with clients, distributors, and retailers, building and strengthening market relationships.

Identify new business opportunities, understand customer requirements, and stay updated on trends in the castor oil and Agri products market.

Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads, convert prospects, and achieve revenue targets.

Organize local promotions, product demonstrations, and events to enhance brand awareness and engage customers.

Track and analyse competitor activities and market trends, providing actionable insights to improve marketing efforts.

Monitor the performance of field marketing campaigns, using data to optimize strategies and enhance market reach.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies across all marketing and field activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Agribusiness, or a related field.

5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in Agri products, specifically castor oil.

Deep understanding of castor oil products, Agri market dynamics, and distribution channels.

Familiarity with Ahmedabad and surrounding areas is essential.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently, and travel as required.
