• Geo Demand Managers are responsible for activating and localizing global campaign bundles, designing program mix and identifying delivery channels to support regional revenue goals.
• They partner with worldwide campaigns, paid digital, social, content, field marketing, partner marketing, PR, AR, product marketing and SDRs, to create integrated go-to-market plans. In some instances, there may be the need to create locally specific campaigns which will follow the guidance and format of the Worldwide campaign strategy.

Essential Job Functions:

• Build the campaign strategy for the Geo for Enterprise/ Strategics or Commercial segments
• Work with AMM/ ABM to identify TALs for each segment/ Area and work with Global Marketing Automation team to segment based on where accounts are in the buyers\xe2\x80\x99 journey and what is the ideal customer profile
• Creates locally- specific integrated campaigns and adapt/ extend for partners, where appropriate
• Manage localization process in conjunction with the Globalization Programs Strategy Office (GPSO)
• Leverage what is created centrally and align with comms, partner marketing, social to build a GTM activation plan.
• Serve as the POC to work with GMA and other channels to get campaigns into markets quickly
• Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports to AMM/ ABMs, highlighting insights and recommending actionable improvements to optimize campaign results.
