In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and optimize marketing performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and design, to create compelling campaigns that align with business goals.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesBrand Marketing & Management

  • Develop and execute a strong brand marketing strategy that establishes and strengthens brand presence in the market.
  • Define brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling across multiple channels.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including digital, offline, and experiential marketing efforts.
  • Conduct market research and consumer insights analysis to understand brand perception and identify opportunities for growth.
Performance Marketing
  • Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across digital channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize paid campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce customer acquisition costs.
  • Use data-driven insights to enhance campaign effectiveness, including A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create high-impact ad creatives and landing pages.
Offline Marketing
  • Develop and execute offline marketing strategies, including events, sponsorships, partnerships, and out-of-home (OOH) advertising.
  • Identify and collaborate with offline marketing partners to expand brand reach.
  • Plan and implement community engagement programs, activations, and brand awareness initiatives in key markets.
  • Measure and track offline marketing ROI to optimize future investments.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, performance marketing, and offline marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Experience in managing paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Expertise in offline marketing channels such as events, activations, and sponsorships.
  • Strong project management and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for building brands.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup, D2C, or B2B company is a plus.
