### The role
We're looking to hire an experienced marketing leader to help accelerate our growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for a B2B / SaaS marketer to join an award-winning team.
You will work closely with our Head of Marketing to develop and implement a marketing strategy for India.
This is a senior role, so you must have a proven track record of building strong teams and delivering results that align with agreed-upon goals.
As the marketing lead in India, you will drive the strategy and articulate the ambition to deliver impact and growth in this new market. As a vocal senior team member, you will champion Vestd's products within their respective markets and seek innovative ways to keep our products at the heart of the customer conversation.
### The primary responsibilities of this role
We cannot provide an exhaustive list of duties; additional duties will arise, but the following will be core elements of this role:
• Work with key stakeholders to develop a regional marketing strategy.
• Increase inbound lead generation and qualified leads for the sales team.
• Oversee and optimise all marketing funnels - ads, landing pages, website, email campaigns & workflows.
• Manage marketing budgets and work within CAC limits.
• Own the regional website and refine it to improve conversion
• Build, manage and mentor a team of in-house/freelance marketers.
• Coordinate content production to achieve SEO goals.
• Create sales collateral, case studies, presentations, and proposals.
• Monitor key metrics to identify areas that are driving growth.
• Work with external agencies to expand our reach.
Requirements
Essential elements for this role
These are the skills and qualifications we consider important for this role:
• 8+ years experience in marketing roles (including B2B / SaaS).
• Proficiency in digital marketing and demand generation.
• Deep knowledge of SaaS business models and customer acquisition tactics.
• Excellent project management skills.
• First-rate communication (written and verbal).
• Meticulous attention to detail, rigour and quality control.
• Analytical / data skills.
• Self-driven and hungry to succeed.
• Brilliant at prioritising and managing your own workload.
• A willingness to collaborate early and often.
• A high degree of creativity and curiosity.
• Expert knowledge of how to get the best out of a martech stack, particularly marketing automation tools (we use Hubspot).
Nice to have

• Experience working in a remote team
• Startup/scaleup experience
• An undergraduate degree or higher in a relevant topic
• Knowledge of shares and share schemes
