Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy for All Product Launches
Developing and executing GTM strategies for new product launches.
Collaborating with product development, sales, and other relevant teams.
Creating detailed launch plans, including marketing activities, timelines, and budgets. Tracking and evaluating the performance of product launches and adjust strategies as needed.
Brand Partnership and Influencer Management
Identifying and establishing strategic brand partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
Developing and managing relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
Creating and executing influencer marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives.
Monitoring and measuring the impact of partnerships and influencer activities.
Social Media and Online Reputation Management (ORM)
Overseeing the development and execution of social media strategies.
Managing online reputation by monitoring and responding to customer feedback.
Developing content and campaigns to engage and grow the social media audience.
Utilizing analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of social media activities.
Public Relations (PR)
Developing and implementing PR strategies to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
Managing media relations and cultivating relationships with key media outlets.

Content and Marketing Communications
Developing a comprehensive content strategy that resonates with target audiences.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.

Performance Marketing
Developing and executing performance marketing campaigns.

Paid Media (Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL))
Planning and managing paid media campaigns across both ATL and BTL channels.
Developing media strategies that align with brand objectives.
Overseeing the execution of media buys, including negotiating with vendors.
Analyzing the performance of paid media campaigns.
Team Management and Development
Leading and managing the marketing team, providing direction, feedback and support.
Recruiting, training and developing team members.

Conducting regular performance reviews and providing coaching to team members.

5-7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand strategy and digital marketing.
Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns.

Experience managing teams and working in a collaborative environment.
