:Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy:
o Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Della Group\'s brand objectives and marketing goals.
o Create engaging and high-quality content for various platforms, including digital, social media, email newsletters, and print materials.
o Ensure content is optimized for SEO and resonates with target audiences to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Graphic Design:
o Design visually compelling graphics, including infographics, illustrations, and marketing collaterals, that enhance brand storytelling and communication.
o Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistency in brand messaging and creative execution across all channels.
  • Campaign Management:
o Lead end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and optimization across multiple channels to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
o Monitor campaign performance and ROI, using data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns and strategies.
o Manage content calendars, editorial schedules, and production timelines to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Strategic Insight:
o Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital technologies to drive continuous improvement in marketing effectiveness.
o Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic marketing initiatives that align with business objectives and drive growth.
  • Team Leadership:
o Manage a team of creative professionals, including content creators, graphic designers, and campaign managers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
o Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.Job Expectations:Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field. Master\'s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in creative marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position overseeing content strategy, graphic design, and campaign management.
  • Proven track record of developing successful content strategies and managing integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and achieve business objectives.
  • Strong proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
