The candidate will be responsible for developing and execute digital strategy.
The candidate will be responsible for planning, building, and implementing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms.
Should be familiar with organic search campaigns (SEO), paid advertising, email marketing, social media, and other channels to increase awareness about the company, brand, products, and services.
Expected to perform ad copywriting and content creation to support online marketing campaigns, includes writing guest posts for Digital PR campaigns, creating articles and other resources for organic search.
Administer the organization\xe2\x80\x99s website and publish content to support the marketing campaigns.
Expected to monitor the performance of the marketing campaigns and optimize them over time using data analytics software tools like Google Analytics.
Prepare reports, dashboards, or presentations to demonstrate the results of the work. You will need to analyze campaign outcomes and show a positive return-on-investment from digital channels.
Work alongside graphic designers to support the marketing campaigns by creating visual assets.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Education: A bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is typically expected. Advanced degrees or certifications in marketing or digital marketing can be a plus.
Experience: Looking for candidates with 4+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in the ed tech industry or a related field. Previous experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies is essential.
Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the education technology sector, target audience, and market trends is highly beneficial. Knowledge of competitors and key players in the industry is also valuable.
Digital Marketing Expertise: The candidate should have a comprehensive grasp of digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
Analytical Skills: Analytical skills are crucial for assessing marketing performance and making data-driven decisions. Hence, we are looking for candidates who can interpret marketing data and use it to optimize campaigns.
