Marconix Sales Solutions Pvt Ltd, a leading sales outsourcing company in Bangalore, is seeking a passionate and results-oriented MBA graduate (Marketing, Sales, or Sales Operations) to join our team as a Sales & Business Development Intern.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the sales team in lead generation and client engagement activities.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Support in creating presentations and proposals for clients.
• Participate in sales meetings and gain insights into the sales process.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Manage customer relationship management (CRM) tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
• Degree in Marketing, Sales, or Sales Operations.
• Excellent communication skills in propositional English and Hindi.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Available for a minimum 3-month internship with an immediate start date.
