About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Prepare presentations, working documents, and other business management requisites
2. Deliver CRM plans for brands encouraging retention and loyalty
3. Work on end-to-end data-led campaigns and ensure seamless operation of CRM platform across brands
4. Prepare timely reports and reviews to track performance
5. Consult and advise clients on optimizing the use of customer data to make a meaningful impact on their business
6. Implement solutions for clients to achieve predetermined objectives within the specified time frame, policy, and budget parameters
7. Work closely with cross-functional teams like data analysts, creative teams, campaign delivery, and relationship center teams to ensure high levels of teamwork and delivery

Skills and other requirements:

1. Should be conversant with CRM lead generation and conversion activities
2. Should have demonstrated aptitude to understand numbers
3. Should be comfortable with data and numbers
