About the internshipSelected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Make outbound calls to potential participants and organizations to generate interest and promote the ICS.
2. Provide detailed information about the ICS event, including the date, time, location, agenda, speakers, and benefits of attending.
3. Answer queries and address concerns raised by potential participants, providing accurate and up-to-date information.
4. Use persuasive communication skills to convince potential participants to register and attend the event.
5. Maintain a database of potential participants, update call logs, and record relevant information.
6. Follow up with potential participants who have shown interest but have not yet registered, in order to maximize participation.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and effective promotion of the ICS event.
8. Meet or exceed individual targets and contribute to the overall success of the ICS event by achieving attendance goals.
9. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the outreach and participant engagement process.
10. Stay updated with industry trends, relevant news, and competitors\' events to effectively position the event.Requirements:1. Good communication skills with English vocabulary
2. Good written and oral communication skills
3. Strong attention to detail
4. Self-driven personality with the ability to work independently
5. Good command over MS Office suite (Specially Excel)
