We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented marketing intern to support our team in various key initiatives related to mobile app development, sales enablement, and content creation. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing environment, working on projects that directly impact our customer experience and sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:• Mobile App Redesign:
+ Capture screenshots for marketing materials and app store updates.
+ Assist with updating marketing assets to align with the new app design.
+ Conduct a thorough content audit and update existing content for the new app.
+ Create detailed storyboards with screenshots to guide instructional and promotional videos.
• Mobile App Support:
+ Assist with marketing, content creation, and technical documentation for residential, small business, and field service applications.
+ This may include writing blog posts, creating social media content, and updating knowledge base articles.
• Sales Enablement:
+ Dedicate focused time to updating and improving our Seismic sales enablement platform.
+ Ensure sales representatives have access to the most relevant and up-to-date marketing materials.
• Reporting & Analytics:
+ Generate monthly reports from our marketing library and Seismic platform.
+ Track and analyze data related to customer/sales downloads and engagement.
+ Develop repeatable reports to guide content creation and identify potential leads.
• Video Production:
+ Develop a series of short, impactful videos derived from customer webinars, interviews, and case studies.
+ Create storyboards focused on key messages and customer testimonials.
+ Identify audio clips, video clips, and images required for video production.
+ Edit and finalize videos using basic video editing skills.
+ Work with agency partners to execute video production.
Qualifications:• Bachelor's / master's degree program in marketing, communications, or a related field graduating in 2023 or 2024 .
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with video editing software (a plus).
• Familiarity with Seismic or other sales enablement platforms (a plus).
• Hybrid Model - Work from office 4 days in a week
