We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, attract patients, and support the organization's growth objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Create and implement marketing campaigns to promote hospital services, specialties, and events, aiming to increase patient volume.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, patient needs, and competitive landscape. Use this data to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
• Content Creation and Management: Develop and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, the hospital's website, blogs, and patient education materials. Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and aligns with the hospital's voice.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the design and content teams to produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and digital assets. Coordinate with clinical departments to ensure accurate representation of services and capabilities.
• Online Advertising: Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising, to drive traffic and patient inquiries. Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using metrics and KPIs. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to senior management to inform decision-making.
• Event Planning: Plan and execute hospital events, webinars, health fairs. Manage logistics, promotion, and follow-up activities to ensure successful outcomes.
• Industry Trends: Stay current on emerging marketing trends, healthcare industry developments, and regulatory changes to keep the hospital's marketing strategies innovative and compliant.
• Community Outreach: Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and media outlets to enhance the hospital's presence and reputation within the community.
