:POSITION SUMMARY
The role, located in Pune, Maharashtra, involves strategic planning, project management, technical expertise, market research,
client engagement, regulatory compliance, collaboration, and continuous learning in the electronic/electrical/Sunrise (industries
which are booming) industry. It encompasses understanding/learning, advising / sharing knowledge on various applications on the
industry, including processes, equipment\'s, technology trends, the entire ecosystem with the internal teams of Vertiv,
communicating and developing the user application to the designer/concerned team of Vertiv, coordinating with the crossfunctional
teams, managing projects, effectively mapping Vertiv products with the critical equipment under multiple sub-processes,
deciphering technical matters/issues, and staying fully informed/updated about the industry developments, periodically.
A. RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategic Planning and Advisory:
a) Collaborate with project teams to develop and execute strategic plans related to target technology, manufacturing, and
innovation.
b) Advise on market trends, competitive landscape, emerging technologies and share the knowledge with the team.
2. Project Management:
a) Contribute to target technology-related &/or assigned projects, ensuring successful execution within scope, budget,
and timeline.
b) Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams, third parties/researchers, manage resources, and track progress.
3. Technical Expertise:
a) Understand target industry processes, design, and fabrication techniques.
b) Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize manufacturing processes, and improve yield.
4. Market Research and Analysis:
a) Support in market research to identify growth opportunities, potential clients, and industry challenges.
b) Help in analyze data on target industry products, pricing, and demand.
c) Responsible for making reports on the findings for the internal stakeholders.
5. Client Engagement:
a) Work closely with clients (companies, startups, or research /educational institutions) to address their specific needs.
b) Work closely with Internal Application / Design Engineers to come out with purpose-specific & segment-focused
solutions (for Vertiv), feasibility studies, and recommendations.
6. Regulatory Compliance:
a) Stay informed about industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
b) Ensure that projects adhere to legal and safety guidelines.
7. Collaboration and Networking:
a) Engage with industry associations, conferences, and forums.
b) Build relationships with key stakeholders, including manufacturers, suppliers, and R&D teams.
c) Develop professional relationships & coordinate with cross-functional colleagues in Vertiv to get the project done.
8. Continuous Learning:
a) Keep up-to-date with the advancements of target industries, innovations, and best practices.

B. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
1. For PG Intern
a) At least Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in electrical / mechanical / electronics engineering, materials science, or a
related field with adequate in-depth technical knowledge in design / manufacturing process
b) A broad understanding of processes and systems relevant to various industries, with the ability to grasp how
different equipment /devices interact within a technical ecosystem.
c) Basic knowledge of equipment and tools used in different manufacturing or technical environments, with a
willingness to learn intricacies and uniqueness of specific machinery and technologies.
d) Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
e) Ability to adapt to changing technology landscapes and business requirements.
C. TIME TRAVEL REQUIRED
