Experience : 10 to 15Years in Hospitals

1. Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve the hospital's business objectives, including increasing patient volume, enhancing brand reputation, and expanding service lines.

2. Brand Management: Oversee the hospital's brand identity and positioning, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

3. Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the healthcare industry.

4. Target Audience Identification: Define target patient demographics and segments and develop targeted marketing campaigns to reach and engage these audiences effectively.

5. Digital Marketing: Lead the hospital's digital marketing initiatives, including website management, search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.

6. Content Development: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, social media posts, videos, and infographics.

7. Public Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, healthcare influencers, and community stakeholders to generate positive publicity and media coverage for the hospital.

8. Physician Liaison: Collaborate with physicians and clinical departments to promote hospital services, build referral relationships, and facilitate physician engagement in marketing initiatives.

9. Events and Sponsorships: Plan and coordinate hospital events, sponsorships, and community outreach programs to raise awareness and promote goodwill in the community.

10. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, patient acquisition costs, and return on investment (ROI), to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

11. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals.

12. Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including patient privacy and advertising guidelines.

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
