SGBL Group seeks an experienced Marketing Head with 10-15 years in real estate marketing to lead branding, communication, and lead generation for residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Drive lead generation and support sales.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis.
- Oversee branding, PR, and advertising.
- Plan and execute events and product launches.
- Prepare reports and presentations on marketing activities.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s/Master\xe2\x80\x99s in Marketing or related field.
- 10-15 years of real estate marketing experience.
- Strong branding, digital marketing, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
- Day shift
