Job Summary:
The Marketing Head will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive the growth and success of Mauli Cable and Internet Network. This role requires a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in leading marketing teams, developing innovative marketing strategies, and achieving significant business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and threats.
2. Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to drive team success.
- Set clear goals and KPIs for the marketing team and regularly review performance.
3. Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
- Oversee the creation of compelling and creative marketing content, including advertising, promotional materials, and digital content.
- Manage the company's online presence, including website, social media, and other digital platforms.
4. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor and report on marketing spend and ROI, making data-driven decisions to optimize budget utilization.
5. Partnerships and Collaboration:
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with external agencies, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
6. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new market opportunities and customer insights.
- Utilize data analytics to measure and improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and presentations on marketing performance and insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior marketing role, preferably within the cable and internet industry or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and marketing analytics tools.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
