The Marketing Head is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to enhance the hospital's brand, drive patient engagement, increase patient volumes, and ensure the hospital remains competitive. This role involves overseeing digital and traditional marketing initiatives, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and leading a team to meet organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the hospital's goals.
• Analyze market trends, patient demographics, and competitive positioning to identify growth opportunities.
• Enhance the hospital's brand image and reputation through effective communication strategies.
• Create targeted campaigns to attract and retain patients.
• Oversee the hospital's online presence, including the website, social media platforms, and online advertising.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, referring doctors, community organizations, and media outlets
• Work closely with the hospital's leadership team to align marketing efforts with clinical services and offerings
Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Experience:
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in healthcare.
• Proven track record of creating successful marketing campaigns and strategies.
Skills:
• Strong knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations and patient privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity and innovation in developing unique marketing strategies.
