Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Head to lead the marketing strategy for a growing Food & Beverage (F&B) company in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the F&B industry, consumer behavior, digital marketing, and brand strategy. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement end-to-end marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and business growth.
• Lead brand positioning, communication, and storytelling across digital and offline channels.
• Drive consumer engagement through targeted campaigns, loyalty programs, and innovative activations.
• Oversee digital marketing, social media, influencer collaborations, and content marketing.
• Plan and execute ATL & BTL marketing initiatives, including advertising, PR, and events.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to optimize promotions and pricing strategies.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity and strategic thinking.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or consumer goods industry.
• Proven track record in brand building, digital marketing, and customer engagement.
• Strong knowledge of social media, performance marketing, and influencer marketing.
• Experience in handling ATL & BTL marketing campaigns.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive market environment.
