The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer acquisition. This role requires a data-driven approach, strong analytical skills, and a passion for creating engaging customer experiences.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies:

• Align marketing goals with overall business objectives.

• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, content, PR, etc.).

• Track, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (ROI, key metrics, etc.).

• Continuously monitor industry trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

• xc2xb7 Lead and manage all aspects of social media marketing:

• Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns across all relevant platforms

• Monitor social media conversations and respond to customer inquiries and feedback promptly.

• Track and analyse social media performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Utilize social media advertising to reach target audiences and drive conversions.

• Drive customer acquisition and lead generation:

• Develop and implement lead generation strategies (e.g., content marketing, email marketing, paid advertising, webinars).

• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and conversion.

• Budget management:

• Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively.

• Track marketing expenses and ensure they align with budget allocations.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in a marketing leadership role.

• Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.

• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Budget - Up to 15 LPA (Negotiable for a good candidate)

• Location - Mahapura, Jaipur
