We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Head to lead our marketing efforts at Teckfore Interiors Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the interior design or related industry. As the Marketing Head, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting sales efforts to drive business growth and achieve our company\'s objectives. As the Marketing Head, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting sales efforts to drive business growth and achieve our company\'s objectives. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Teckfore Interiors Pvt Ltd\'s brand and services, including digital marketing, advertising, events, and public relations initiatives.
- Lead the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, website content, and social media posts, to effectively communicate the company\'s value proposition and showcase our portfolio of projects.
- Identify target markets and customer segments, conduct market research and analysis, and develop tailored marketing campaigns to reach and engage key audiences.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support lead generation efforts, nurture client relationships, and drive conversion throughout the sales funnel.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI, and use insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure all marketing activities are conducted within budgetary constraints.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry associations, and strategic partners to enhance brand visibility and generate positive publicity.
- Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the interior design, construction, or related industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering measurable outcomes.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms to track and analyze performance metrics.
- Prior experience working in Bangalore or familiarity with the local market is preferred.
