Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support the overall growth of our business. The role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, overseeing marketing campaigns, and ensuring our marketing efforts align with our company\'s objectives and values.
Key Responsibilities:- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with A&T\'s goals and target customer segments, including AV/ IT resellers/ SIs, education, healthcare, enterprise, and government sectors.- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company\'s brand presence in the Indian market, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning that resonates with our target audience.- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to inform marketing strategies and product development.- Lead Generation: Drive lead generation initiatives, including SEO, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and partnerships, to increase the company\'s customer base.- Content Development: Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing collateral, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and webinars, to engage and educate our audience.- Digital Marketing: Manage digital advertising campaigns, PPC, and social media marketing to maximize online visibility and conversion rates. - Event Management: Plan and execute marketing events, conferences, and webinars to showcase our solutions and engage with customers and partners.- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team\'s success.- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, optimizing spend to achieve maximum ROI on marketing initiatives.- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to the executive team to drive data-driven decision-making.Qualifications:- Bachelor\'s / Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field- 8 to 15 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.- Familiarity with the AV industry, education, healthcare, enterprise, and government sectors in India is a plus.- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed marketing decisions.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and digital marketing platforms.- Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt to market changes.
