Roles & Responsibilities for Marketing Growth Representative (MGR)

• To Visit in different shops and take order from them and supply FMCG products through distributors

• Daily you have to visit 20 to 25 shops for order, payment collections, follow up etc. Daily you have to travel upto 20 to 25 km

• Should also knowldge about local areas market

• For MGR Basic in hand salary is upto Rs 12522 that will depend upon previous year work experience & interview performance, where TA DA is Rs175 per working days, recharge amount is Rs 199 Monthly. Seprately you will get PF, ESIC & Medical insurance.

• Min qualification- Graduation 1 Year exp in any B2B sales

• Two wheeler & D.L Mandatory

• Age limit 21 to 30 yrs, person should not be 30yrs+

• As of now Vaccancies are in Haldwani;- 6, Kashipur- 5, Rudrapur- 10, Nanital:-10, Bhimtal, Bazpur:- 6, Gadapur/Jaspur: 4, Nainital:- 5, Bhimtal:- 2, Sitarganj:- 2, Almoda:- 2

Note:- 1. They are preferring 1st FMCG & B2B sales. B2C sales also preferable but he/she should knowledge about FMCG. Before applying person should have daily purpose using two wheeler and D.L, learning D.L will also preferable

2. MBA/PGDM, still 12th pass candidates should not apply for this role because they are not prefering to these candidates.
