Role : Marketing & Growth Internship

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with the community promptly and professionally responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Implement strategies to encourage user-generated content and participation.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase product and brand awareness.
• Create, curate, and manage all content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion rates) and provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategy.
• Participate in team meetings, discuss user feedback, and brainstorm growth and product marketing ideas.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Business administration/marketing/management. Certification in Digital Marketing is preferred.
• Good knowledge of marketing strategies and business goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and performance analytics tools.
• Proficiency in presentation, word processing, and spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
• High level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent organization and time management abilities.
• Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas to marketing strategies.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
