• Market Research : Conducting market research to identify potential patient demographics, competitor analysis, and market trends in eye care services.
• Campaign Management : Planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.) to increase patient referrals and brand awareness.
• Collaboration : Working closely with healthcare professionals, including ophthalmologists and optometrists, to understand their needs and develop targeted marketing initiatives.
• Patient Engagement : Developing patient engagement programs to enhance patient satisfaction and retention, including newsletters, educational seminars, and follow-up communications.
• Partnerships and Outreach : Establishing relationships with local communities, businesses, and referring physicians to generate referrals and increase patient volume.
• Budget Management : Managing the marketing budget effectively to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI) for marketing activities.
