Marketing Executive(inhouse)
Job Description
Dear Aspirants ,
We are hiring for Marketing(Inhouse Sales) for one of our reputed client based out of Indore (MP).
-
1. Mail Purchase confirmation, Sale confirmation and offer.
2. Track dispatches of coal purchase and sell and make daily dispatch reports.
3. Make fund plan for daily payments and share details to the purchase party.
4. Also share party wise dispatched details to the vendors.
5. Maintain daily purchases and sell confirmations in soft and hard copies.
6. Maintain dispatch reports, profit sheet, SO/DO in tally for invoicing.
7. Manage transportation from port to destination and ensure timely and efficient delivery of coal to vendors.
8. Manage and resolve operational issues, delivery delays, quality issues.
9. Daily coordination with internal teams.
10. Make monthly P&L.
