Key Responsibilities:
• Market Research & Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences in the steel manufacturing sector.
• Analyze industry reports, market conditions, and emerging opportunities.
• Collect and evaluate customer feedback to understand their needs and expectations.
• Product Promotion & Branding:
• Assist in the development of marketing campaigns and strategies to promote steel products (e.g., structural steel, flat products, long products).
• Support brand positioning and ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
• Work with product teams to highlight product benefits, features, and differentiators.
• Content Creation & Digital Marketing:
• Help create marketing content, including brochures, website copy, case studies, and social media posts.
• Manage and update the company's digital presence, including the website and social media platforms.
• Assist with SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and digital advertising campaigns to improve online visibility and generate leads.
• Lead Generation & Customer Engagement:
• Assist in generating and nurturing leads through targeted marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate and manage trade show participation, conferences, and other industry-related events to increase exposure.
• Build relationships with key customers and prospects in the steel industry.
• Sales Support:
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
• Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and other marketing collateral.
• Monitor the success of marketing campaigns and provide feedback to the sales team on potential sales leads.
• Advertising & Promotional Activities:
• Coordinate advertising initiatives, including print ads, trade publications, and online advertisements.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns to support product launches and seasonal sales cycles.
• Measure the performance of advertising efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
• Reporting & Performance Analysis:
• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Report on key performance metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement.
• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
