Provide mentorship and guidance to the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and expand business relationships.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven track record of success in business development, with at least 10 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable insights.
Experience in the working in edible oil , chemical , mines and minerals , waste water , pharmaceutical is preferred.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel as needed.
