We seek a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team for the RunHotel project. This innovative project empowers hotels to establish websites, enhancing their direct booking capabilities and online presence. The Sales Executive will be pivotal in acquiring, onboarding, and nurturing hotel clients, driving the project's success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engaging with potential customers directly by visiting hotel properties and presenting the product's benefits
• Conducting on-site visits to hotel properties to showcase and promote the product to potential clients.
• Demonstrating products and presenting the company's offerings to potential customers
• Prospect for new business across assigned regions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
• Negotiate pricing and contracts to close sales deals
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent service to clients
• Providing customers with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations
• Learn and implement social media techniques to improve personal and company profile
• Represent the company through continued professionalism
• A self-starter with the drive for success.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Education: MBA in Sales & Marketing
• Experience: Fresher
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to pitch products/services and close deals.
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach to client challenges.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

What We Offer:
• Base Salary: 3.6 LPA (15000 fixed + 15000 Incentives based on performance)
• Incentives: These are performance-based earnings
• Commissions: 10% of the sales closed by the executive.
• Bonuses: For surpassing sales targets.
