About the Role:

The Marketing Executive in the education sector is responsible for developing and executing strategies to promote educational programs, services, or institutions. The role involves working closely with internal teams to plan campaigns, engage with prospective students, and enhance brand awareness through multiple marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:
• Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive student recruitment, engagement, and retention.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies to meet enrollment targets and overall brand objectives.
• Content Development:
• Create engaging content for digital platforms to attract prospective students and parents.
• Prepare promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Event Coordination:
• Plan and execute education fairs, open days, webinars, and workshops to attract prospective students.
• Represent the institution at conferences, exhibitions, and community events.
• Market Research:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and target audience needs.
• Analyze data and prepare reports on campaign performance and market insights.
• Brand Management:
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
• Collaborate with the design team to maintain a cohesive visual identity.
• Lead Generation & Nurturing:
• Manage lead generation strategies, nurturing potential students through email campaigns, calls, and follow-ups.
• Support the admissions team with lead conversion activities.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with academic and administrative teams to promote educational programs.
• Coordinate with external agencies, partners, and vendors as needed.
• Reporting & Analytics:
• Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• Experience:
• 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the education sector.
• Experience with digital marketing, social media, and event coordination.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in tools like CRM systems.
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
