MARKETING EXECUTIVE: FEMALE

The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker.

• Manage the activities of the facility on developing business. Requires a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and of the company's competitors.
• Marketing In-Charge must expand on their existing network of contacts to sustainably grow Mannie Resorts in line with event sector targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative tasks including managing correspondence, handling phone calls, and organizing meetings and appointments.
• Maintain and update resort databases and records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Identifying and developing business opportunities for Mannie Resorts, as well as serving as an advisor and consultant on existing programs and initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and trends in the event management industry.
• Establish and maintain relationships with event management companies through networking, meetings, and presentations.
• Prepare and handle financial documents.
• Handle cash transactions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for event management companies, responding to inquiries, providing information, and facilitating bookings.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Must be well versed with multiple languages preferably English, Malayalam and Hindi.
• Should have knowledge and must be able to manage the financial part of the facility.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
