Identify and engage potential patients through direct interaction, referrals, and partnerships with local businesses, clinics, and healthcare providers.

Event Management



Organize wellness seminars, free health screenings, and awareness drives to drive footfall.

Represent the hospital at local events, trade fairs, and corporate tie-ups to build brand visibility.

Lead Generation & Conversion



Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation through fieldwork.

Collaborate with the patient relations team to ensure smooth conversion of leads into consultations.

Market Research



Analyze competitor strategies and patient demographics to refine outreach efforts.

Gather feedback from field interactions to improve service offerings.

Reporting



Maintain detailed records of campaign outcomes, expenses, and lead conversion rates.

Submit weekly progress reports to Reporting Manager.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in

field marketing
