Designation/Role: Executive Marketing
Department: Marketing Department
Market Research: Conduct research to understand customer needs and buying behavior in the Food industry.
Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies targeting both B2B and B2C customers, including advertising and promotions.
Branding: Manage and enhance the brand image of the store among B2B customers, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding materials. Try to make up sales for B2C customers.
Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels and convert them into customers using effective sales techniques.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners and customers.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently to achieve goals.
Market Trends Monitoring: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Customer Service: Provide excellent service to clients, address queries and concerns, and collect feedback for improving strategies.
Targets: Achieve sales targets set by management.
Reports: Prepare and submit marketing reports, including activity reports and territory analysis.
Skills/ Experience Required: 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
Educational Qualification: A bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is often required.
Compensation / Salary: 20K to 30k Approx. (Based on Interview)
Working Hours:
Male: 10:00AM - 8:00PM
Female: 10:00AM - 7:00PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
