A Marketing Executive (On-Field) is responsible for building relationships with clients, promoting products or services directly, and ensuring successful client onboarding. This role demands excellent interpersonal skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Client Outreach
• Identify and approach potential clients to promote the company's products or services.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to explain offerings and answer queries.
• Sales and Business Development
• Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and close deals.
• Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to finalize agreements.
• Client Onboarding
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients by coordinating necessary documentation and setup.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Market Research
• Gather and analyze data on competitors, market trends, and customer preferences.
• Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams for continuous improvement.
• Promotional Activities
• Represent the company at events, trade shows, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.
• Distribute marketing materials such as brochures and samples during client visits.
• Reporting and Coordination
• Maintain records of client interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups.
• Regularly report to management on sales metrics and customer feedback.
