Job Summary:
As a Marketing Executive you will play a crucial role in promoting our specialized healthcare services in Urology, Nephrology, and General Medicine. You will develop, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns that increase patient engagement, enhance brand visibility, and drive referrals. This position requires a strategic mindset, creativity, and a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, particularly in the kidney care and general health sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Development and Execution : Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels to promote our kidney care, urology, and nephrology services.
• Market Research : Conduct research to identify target audiences, emerging trends, and patient needs. Utilize insights to inform marketing strategies and content development.
• Content Creation : Develop patient-centric content for various channels, including blogs, social media, email newsletters, and informational brochures, to educate the public and drive awareness around kidney health, urological conditions, and general medical services.
• Digital Marketing : Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Optimize campaigns based on performance data.
• Brand Management : Work on enhancing brand identity by implementing branding guidelines across all materials and ensuring consistent messaging that reflects our commitment to high-quality kidney care and patient-centered service.
• Events and Community Outreach : Coordinate and promote events, health camps, screenings, and community initiatives that increase our visibility in the community and support patient education in kidney care and general health.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate with internal teams such as doctors, administrative staff, and the digital team to align on objectives, marketing content, and promotional strategies.
• Performance Analysis : Monitor campaign performance and KPIs, providing reports on ROI, patient engagement, and areas for improvement. Make data-driven adjustments to optimize marketing efforts.
• Patient Relationship Management : Utilize CRM tools to manage patient databases, segment audiences, and drive personalized marketing communications that build long-term patient relationships.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Any Degree, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 2- 5years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in a specialty hospital or clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media, SEO, and CRM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create compelling content.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of healthcare industry regulations and standards, especially regarding patient communication and privacy.
Compensation :25 to 30k with Travel Allowance
