Job Overview:
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving student enrollment, promoting the institution's educational programs, and building relationships with external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have experience in educational marketing, be familiar with digital marketing strategies, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase student enrollments across all programs offered by St. Joseph Group of Colleges. Conduct market research to identify potential target audiences and trends in the education sector.
• Collaborate with internal departments (admissions, academic, etc.) to align marketing efforts with the college's objectives.
• Organize events, open houses, and webinars to engage with prospective students and parents.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, media, and advertising agencies for promotional activities.
• Develop promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
Qualifications:
• Master of degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
