Job Summary:
The On-Site Marketing Executive will be responsible for implementing and managing marketing strategies to promote the hair transplant clinic's services. This role involves executing promotional campaigns, engaging with clients, and leveraging both digital and traditional marketing channels to drive patient acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
#### Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Development and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote the clinic's services.
- Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and pay-per-click advertising.
- Plan and manage traditional marketing efforts such as print ads, radio spots, and community events.
2. Content Creation:
- Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce high-quality marketing collateral.
3. Client Engagement:
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Organize and participate in community outreach programs, seminars, and other events to raise awareness about the clinic's services.
4. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand competitive landscape.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
5. Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment of marketing and sales strategies.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals and staff to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
6. Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and ROI to the Marketing Manager or Clinic Director.
#### Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare or beauty industry.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and content creation.
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
