: We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales. Marketers are responsible for planning, creating, and executing marketing campaigns to expand their company's reach and potential customer pipeline. Roles and responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition : Identify and visit potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Client Relationship Management :Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular visits and personalized interactions.
• Sales Presentations :Conduct presentations and product demonstrations at client locations to showcase the company's offerings.
• Proposal and Negotiation :Prepare business proposals, present them to clients, and negotiate terms to close sales.
• Market Research :Gather market insights and client feedback during visits to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Brand Promotion :Promote the company's brand and services during client visits and at industry events.
• Customer Support :Provide post-sales support and ensure client satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues during follow-up visits.
• Reporting and Documentation :Maintain records of client visits, sales activities, and feedback for internal reporting and analysis.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
• 0-2+ years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
• Proven experience in marketing roles, with a focus on digital marketing and campaign management.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, messaging, and audience segmentation.

Experience:

• 1-2 years experience in marketing management,Social Media,Internet Marketing and Brand Management.
• Experience in Digital marketing technologies.
• Experience in identifying target audience and devising effective campaigns.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Proficiency in marketing software and social media platforms.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
