Position Title: Marketing Executive / Marketing Trainee

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Executive / Trainee to join our marketing team and assist in growing brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:
o Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities to provide insights that inform marketing strategies.
o Content Creation: Assist in developing marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, product descriptions, and digital content for social media and websites.
o Campaign Support: Aid in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, such as email, social media, and events.
o Customer interaction: Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide product information.
o Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data from marketing campaigns to assess performance and improve future efforts.
o Collaboration: Work closely with sales, R&D, and other internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
o Event Coordination: Support the organization of promotional events, exhibitions, and trade shows.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Chemistry, or a related field.

o Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the chemical or manufacturing industry.
o Skills:
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
o Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
o Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
o Ability to work in a team and handle multiple projects.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
