We are hiring Marketing Executives/ Sr. Marketing Executives/Lead - Marketing executives/ Marketing Managers

Experience: 1 - 10 Years (Relevant experience required)

Job Type: Full-time (Day shift)

Education:

Any graduate/Post Graduate.

Shift: Day

Shift timings: 9.30 AM to 7:00 PM

Note: Preferred candidates from service based industries.

You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, pitching our services, and bringing in new business opportunities. If you have a talent for identifying business opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals, this is the perfect opportunity for you.



We are looking for a passionate and committed individual to join our Marketing team. The Marketing executives responsibilities will include contacting clients via phone, email and instant messaging to understand a client's needs, recommend the appropriate product or service for the client and receive payments for the same. This requires good communication skills and an understanding of our products and services; an individual who is patient and willing to learn will thrive in this role.

The Marketing executives will be required to work with our CRM database to access client details and history and to provide updates on his/her interactions with the customer. Your role may include a few additional duties as assigned by the team leaders to help accomplish team goals. Adequate training will be provided to help you succeed in this role.

Duties and responsibilities

• Contacting customers via phone, email, instant messaging and in-person to make sales
• Leads will be provided by the company
• Handling customer queries and concerns and taking appropriate action to follow-up
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals to clients
• Managing the sales process through our database CRM
• Effective record-keeping of client interactions and activities on CRM
• Participating in Marketing team meetings and training, as and when required

Qualifications & requirements

• Graduate or Post-Graduate willing to spend a minimum of 2 years at the company
• Good communication skills; both oral and written
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Patient and having the ability to support our customer-centric work culture
• Punctual, reliable, patient and willingness to go the extra mile to succeed in the role
• Proficiency in Microsoft office, excel will be an advantage
