Marketing Executive
Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Sales Activities:
Reach out to potential clients through cold-calling and direct sales to grow our customer base.
Follow up on customer inquiries, handle quotations, and secure orders.
2. Order Management:
Coordinate order processing, quality control checks, and shipment arrangements.
Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
3. Customer Relations:
Monitor payment schedules and manage documentation like LCs (Letter of Credit).
Maintain strong customer relationships to support ongoing business.
4. Strategic Planning:
Contribute to strategic planning for business expansion and channel management.
Actively seek new business opportunities and conduct field sales.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
1. Industry Experience:
Previous experience in sales of steel pipes or similar industrial products is preferred.
2. Language Skills:
Fluency in English, Tamil, and Telugu is required.
Proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
3. Skills:
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
