Job Description

1. Communicating with the target audiences and Coordinating with the customers and maintaining relationships with them 2. Coordinating and generating business with the customers through Emails, Calls, etc, all online sources and marketing tools 3. Research of competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases. 4. Managing to prepare designs as per the requirement of the customers while in coordination with the design department and directly with the clients 5. For preparation of new design for the customer, filling DESIGN MASTER form and forward it to the Design department and starting design creation 6. There can be creation of new design, making changes in the existing designs as per the requirement of the customers 7. Coordination with clients and design department till the design gets finalized 8. Signing P.O. received from Jr. Executive Accounts - Graphics for further process 9. Coordination with production team in terms of production and quality issues, if any 10. Coordination with clients and factory dispatch department for dispatch of products to final destination 11. Follow up of Payment from the customers as per terms and conditions 12. Follow up of C Forms in time from all the clients 13. Handling Exhibitions and doing its related arrangement efficiently and manage to generate new clients from it 14. Maintaining and updating customer databases 15. Responsible for creating and delivering marketing ideas and activities to the management 16. Organizing sales visits at the regular interval of time of the existing customers and new prospective clients and submit travel report after returning from tour to reporting manager 17. Maintaining all files, documents, online folders as per system designed by the management 18. Prepare & provide MIS reports as per the requirement of the management 19. Handle and complete any back end related work 20. Do any work as and when allotted by the superiors 21. Reporting at Head office on daily basis to Reporting Manager
