: Marketing Executive - Builder Tie-ups

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to establish and manage strategic partnerships with builders and project developers to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales or business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Builder Partnership Development:
• Identify and approach potential builders and project developers to establish partnerships.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements that align with the company's sales and growth objectives.
• Market Analysis and Strategy:
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and market trends.
• Develop effective strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our builder network.
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at builder companies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for builder partners, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Sales and Revenue Generation:
• Collaborate with the sales team to implement strategies that leverage builder partnerships to increase sales.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of builder partnerships in achieving sales targets.
• Promotional Activities:
• Coordinate marketing and promotional activities with builder partners to enhance brand visibility and drive demand.
• Organize events, presentations, and other activities to showcase our products/services to builders and developers.
• Market Presence:
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential partners and stay updated on industry trends.
• Actively participate in community and industry associations to enhance the company's reputation and visibility.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing roles within the real estate or construction industry.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
