Job timings :- 10 AM To 5 PM ( other time will be spend in transportation ) Day off:- Weekly Sunday off and a total of 20 Paid leaves annually which will be allotted by Marketing Manager depending upon situation of work .

Job responsibilities:- 1. To meet new clients and generate leads, if possible than convert the leads to deal otherwise pass the lead to your senior for further communications.
2. Candidate need to share his live location throughout his working hours.
3. Need to collect the payment from client and to follow up for payment till disbursement.
4. Need to collect the contact number of all the staff personal of client and forward it to the Marketing manager on daily basis. 5. Need to send your daily progress report to Marketing manager Daily.
6. Need to be well dressed, Uniform will be provided from the lab along with a identity card.
7. Candidate must be well groomed and shaved.
8. Weekly and monthly review on candidates performance will be done by Top management on month end.
9. For generating sales. Developing new policies & procedures to improve sales performance & resolving dealer disputes
10. Enhance market penetration by developing & managing a network of dealers/distributors.
11. Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits
12. Demonstrating and presenting products establishing new business.
13. Maintaining accurate records.
14. Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings reviewing sales performance
15. Negotiating contracts and packages working towards monthly or annual targets.
16. Add revenue by actively promoting company's products and execute growth strategies.
17. Interact with customers to their problems.
18. Partner with our Distributors to provide routine service support in the field
19. Develop new customers for existing products in respective territory
20. Lead market introduction by identifying target customers and introducing new products
21. Develop the technical expertise to assist customers with product and application issues
22. Communicate actively with the team on any changes with regards to customer applications
23. Create monthly reports on Sales and Margins of assigned accounts
24. Submit weekly call reports on all visits and important customer phone conversations
25. Monitor sales patterns and address deviations with customers
26. Recommend price levels for new customers/products to the CEO for approval
27. Provide sales forecast as requested
28. Regularly report on competitive activities and pricing trends
29. Willing to Travel
30. Achieve sales Target.
Increments and other allowances:- Increment will be performance based and normally will go from 5% to 20 % annually.
Minimum Serving Period:- Selected Candidate will have to serve for a minimum period of Two Years And upto he want to continue.
Incentive Schedule:- Incentive Amount will immediately be disburse with Current month's salary on getting the following Payments:-
1. Rs. 5 to 8 Lakhs @ 1 %
2. Rs. 8 to 12 Lakhs @ 2%
3. More Than 12 Lakhs @ 3%
