stakeholders to understand competition, insight, research, distribution, NSO, NPD, PnL, ROI And
Brand Health.Key Accountability:\xef\x82\xb7 Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to generate leads and drive customer
acquisition.
\xef\x82\xb7 Conduct market research to identify target audiences and customer needs and develop
targeted marketing campaigns accordingly.
\xef\x82\xb7 Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social
media, email, and events.
\xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and impactful marketing collateral,
including website content, blog posts, videos, and infographics.
\xef\x82\xb7 Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and
make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
\xef\x82\xb7 Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals.
\xef\x82\xb7 Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, media outlets, and partners to
enhance brand visibility and reach.
\xef\x82\xb7 Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing
technologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of marketing innovation.
\xef\x82\xb7 Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-

\xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and ensure
seamless lead handoff.
Staff Management
\xef\x82\xb7 Lead recruitment efforts for the department and other key positions.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure that the marketing team is adequately trained and skilled to meet performance
expectations.
\xef\x82\xb7 Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to the marketing team in a timely manner.\xef\x82\xb7 Foster professional development and a culture of continuous improvement.
\xef\x82\xb7 Address team issues, including performance, attendance, and compliance with HR policies.Monitor the growth and ROI, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
\xef\x82\xb7 Take measures to optimize the advertisement costs/ Execution cost and improve financial
performance.
\xef\x82\xb7 Monitor and manage inventory levels across outlets to minimize waste, track food costs, and
ensure consistency.
Reports & Analysis
\xef\x82\xb7 Prepare and submit reports on the performance of all campaign within the area, summarizing
sales, expenses, ROI, and any notable incidents or issues.
\xef\x82\xb7 Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growthAdditional Duties
\xef\x82\xb7 Implement marketing and promotional activities as directed by the corporate office
\xef\x82\xb7 Plan and execute NSO/NPD period to identify and address operational issues, receive feedback,
and fine-tune processes before the grand opening.
\xef\x82\xb7 Organize and manage new store grand opening event, including promotional activities, special
offers, and a memorable launch celebration.
\xef\x82\xb7 Conduct training programs for all staff members, including management and marketing
Executing. Ensure they are well-versed with the marketing campaign and spends, ORM, Outlet
listing on GMB, outlet ratings on Zomato, Swiggy, Google.
