  • Offline Marketing Execution: Develop and implement offline marketing campaigns including events, trade shows, print advertising, direct mail, and other traditional marketing methods.
  • Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, scheduling meetings, and ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
  • Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute promotional events and trade shows. Coordinate logistics, manage vendor relationships, and ensure successful event delivery.
  • Marketing Collateral: Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters. Ensure all collateral aligns with the brands messaging and objectives.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities. Use insights to inform and adjust marketing strategies.
  • Campaign Monitoring: Track and evaluate the effectiveness of offline marketing campaigns. Prepare reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Address any issues or concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing activities with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2-4 years) in offline marketing, with a focus on client coordination and event management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with marketing software or tools.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the Pune market and local business landscape is a plus.
