Job Description

We require a talented Marketing Executive to join our team and promote our flagship product, Te'ora Tea along with other FMCG , into stores across the region. Te'ora Tea is known for its premium quality and health benefits, and we aim to expand its reach to a wider market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Te'ora Tea in retail stores.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and distributors.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product demonstrations, and in-store activations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to optimize marketing efforts.
• Manage online and offline marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and events.
• Analyze sales data and create reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Strong understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and branding.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel for fieldwork when required.

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
