Job Description

We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to take raw footage and transform it into compelling video content. You will work closely with directors, producers, and other team members to produce high-quality videos for marketing, social media, training, and other projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage into polished content, ensuring high-quality production standards.
• Work closely with the creative team to understand project goals, storylines, and desired outcome.
• Incorporate music, sound effects, voiceovers, and graphics to enhance the video's narrative.
• Ensure videos are edited in line with company guidelines and the brand's style.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet deadlines and project requirements.
• Optimize videos for different platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, websites, etc.).
• Maintain and organize video files, footage, and assets for easy access.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new editing tools, and techniques to improve video quality.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of video production processes and techniques.
• Ability to work with audio, color correction, visual effects, and motion graphics.
• Strong sense of timing and storytelling, with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with other team members.
• A degree in Film, Media Production, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?10,000.00 per month
