- Understand the need of marketing of the organization
-Plan and execution of the innovative idea to promote the organization
-Reach out the consultants and surgeons
-Effective communication skill to convince the stake holders for association to avail the services
-To co-ordinate between the doctors to make the process smooth for patient
-Travel near by area to make the public aware of the services provided by the organization
