Job Summary:
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote residential and commercial properties. This role involves creating compelling marketing materials, managing advertising campaigns, and leveraging various channels to attract potential buyers and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Promotion: Develop and execute marketing campaigns for individual properties and real estate projects, including residential, commercial, and investment properties.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand local real estate trends, property values, and competitive positioning to tailor marketing strategies.
Listing Management: Prepare and update property listings on various platforms, including real estate websites, social media, and company websites, ensuring accuracy and appeal.
Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate open houses, property tours, and real estate events to engage potential buyers and showcase properties.
Brand Development: Enhance the company's brand image through consistent messaging and creative marketing strategies that differentiate the company in a competitive market.
Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate and qualify leads, nurturing prospects through the sales funnel to achieve sales targets.
Client Communication: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing support and marketing solutions that align with their goals.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using metrics such as lead conversion rates, engagement levels, and return on investment (ROI); prepare regular reports and make recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications:
Education: MBA in Marketing (Preferred)
Experience: Previous experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate industry, is highly desirable.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and trends.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
